Election Education Project
|
The Election Education Project compiles questions from our members, issues, needs and actions needed in our community. This compilation of information is published as the Agenda for Meeting Basic Human Needs and the Voter Information Guide. These tools help our members, their constituents and the general public gauge the commitment that each local candidate has for helping people meet their basic human needs.
As part of the Election Education Project, SHSC hosts a biennial candidate’s forum where Seattleites have the opportunity to face their local candidates for City Council to discuss their commitment to health and human services.
As a nonprofit organization, Seattle Human Services Coalition does not make endorsements or recommendations or show any preference toward any candidate.

Want to know where the candidates stand on issues regarding homelessness, affordable housing, early learning, healthcare, institutional racism, and violence prevention? |
| Thank you! to all who attended the Oct 6th Human Services Candidates Forum.
